On Thursday, December 18th, Mrs. Litherland’s Intro to FACS students delivered their handmade “Worry Monsters” to kindergarten students.
This marks the second year Mrs. Litherland’s class has completed this meaningful project. Earlier in the semester, high school students studied developmental milestones of kindergarten-aged children. They then visited RVES to work one-on-one with kindergarten students, helping them color and design their own unique Worry Monsters. Over the past few weeks, the high school students worked hard to create replicas of each child’s original design. Every Worry Monster turned out fantastic, making the project a memorable experience for students at both schools.
