Over the course of the year, the FFA chapter develops and carries out a Program of Activities that is planned at the beginning of the school year. The chapter then submits its program to the Kansas FFA Association, where it is evaluated through an interview process.
Recently, the chapter learned that it was selected as a Top 10 finalist in the state, placing it among the top 4% of all Kansas FFA chapters. Members will find out their final state ranking at the Kansas FFA State Convention.
Addie Lefferd shared, “I am really excited that we received this honor because we worked very hard all year planning and carrying out our activities. This is a huge accomplishment, and I’m excited to see how we place at state.”
