On Friday, April 17th, RVMS 7th and 8th grade students had the opportunity to participate in an engaging and practical Life Skills lessons designed to prepare them for everyday responsibilities beyond the classroom.

Mr. Platt – How to Tie a Tie

Mrs. Bienhoff – Sewing (Patches & Buttons)
Rusty Douglas – Basic Tools
Mr. Bliss – College Basics
Mrs. Dubois – Reading a Paystub
Bailey Parker – Peeling & Chopping
Mrs. Wick – Completing a Job Application
These sessions provided students with valuable, hands-on learning experiences that build independence, confidence, and essential life readiness skills!
Students will have another opportunity to participate in additional life skills sessions on Friday, May 1st!
