START TIME: 9am
ADDRESS: Louisburg High School, 202 Aquatic Dr. Louisburg, KS 66053 (Main Gym)
ADMISSION: $5 for K-12, $7 for Adult, 65+ will be free
TEAMS: Anderson County, Basehor-Linwood, Blue Valley Northwest, Blue Valley West, De Soto, Girard, Jayhawk Linn, Leavenworth, Olathe Northwest, Louisburg, Piper, Prairie View, Royal Valley, Shawnee Mission East.
Wrestlers will be seeded into a pool / scramble format. Seeding criteria is as follows and is not in any particular order:
1. Overall Record
2. Winning %
3. Total Wins
4. State Placer in 2024
5. State Qualifier in 2024
MATCHES: Action will take place on 4 mats. 2-2-2 will be utilized in all matches except for consolation matches, which will be 1-2-2.
SCHEDULE:
7:00 a.m. - On site weigh-ins - LHS Main Gym
7:30 a.m. - Coaches seeding meeting - Room 113
9:00 a.m. - First round: Subsequent rounds will follow immediately.
Lunch will follow the round that concludes in the 11:30-12:30 time frame.
WEIGH-INS: Weigh-ins will be on-site beginning at 7:00am in the LHS Main Gym. Weigh-ins will be run according to NFHS guidelines and will proceed by weight class starting at 106 lbs. Please review the 2025-26 KSHSAA Wrestling Manual.
AWARDS: Plaques - Top 3 teams Individual Medals - Top 4 placers in each weight class.
WRESTLERS: We will provide tables and chairs for all wrestlers and their coolers on the upper East side of the mezzanine. Signs and areas for each team will be provided. NO coolers will be allowed in the lower gym area.
FANS: All fans are asked to stay on the upper level of the mezzanine. Only coaches and wrestlers will be allowed in the lower gym area.
