The RVHS KAY Club, known for their volunteer work, visited the preschool classrooms to help the children write letters to Santa! To ensure every child had a turn, one group visited in the morning and another in the afternoon.
Ms. Overstreet, lead teacher for the 3-year-old room, shared, “The preschoolers really enjoy having the KAY Club visit to help write letters to Santa. The students chose whether they had been naughty or nice, shared three gift ideas for Santa, and even remembered to mention milk and cookies for his visit. After writing their letters, the high school students read Christmas stories and enjoyed candy canes with the preschoolers. It was a fun activity for everyone!”
