A youth basketball camp was held on November 24th and 25th, with 36 young players participating alongside the high school girls’ team. Campers had the opportunity to develop fundamental basketball skills, including dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive stances.
“We had tremendous support from the high school girls. Their coaching was incredibly influential, and we couldn’t have done it without them. I’m very proud of how they guided the younger players,” said Head High School Coach Boucher. “I also think it speaks to the special community we have at Royal Valley. All the youth coaches who were there, encouraging their teams, play a vital role in fostering growth for the future.”
