The Royal Valley FFA is hosting multiple activities over the next few weeks!

Recycled Art Contest:
The contest is open to students throughout the school and community. All artwork is due by 3:00 PM on January 7th in Ms. Clark’s room.

  • Most Creative Use of Recycled Material: Recognizes entries that use unconventional or unexpected items in a clever, artistic, or innovative way. This award goes to the artwork that most clearly communicates a message about sustainability, conservation, or environmental awareness.

  • Overall Best in Show: Judges’ top choice, based on overall craftsmanship, creativity, visual impact, and effective use of recycled resources.

  • Prize: Each winner in these categories will receive $50.

Holiday Bake Sale:
A bake sale will be held in Ms. Clark’s room on December 17th and 18th. Proceeds will go toward the art contest prizes. All baked goods will cost $1–$2, with a wide variety of treats available.

Hygiene Drive:
From December 16th through 18th, students are encouraged to donate hygiene products to benefit the Jackson County Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry. Each student who donates a product will receive a ticket to take a picture with the Grinch during seminar.

Reindeer Roundup:
During the week of finals at RVHS, students can participate in the Reindeer Roundup! When you find a hidden reindeer, bring it to Ms. Clark to receive a candy bar as a reward.
