It's the Holiday season and the RVHS Panthers are ready to get festive!
Isabella Wheeler, a senior in JCYC, says, "Making safe decisions like buckling up and avoiding distractions while driving can prevent injury and even death. JCYC is hosting a spirit week to encourage these safe decisions in a fun and festive way."
