The RVHS FFA Chapter organized a Drunk Driving Simulator during seminar on October 20th and 21st to raise awareness for Teen Driver Safety Week (October 19th–25th). Students who wished to participate or observe were required to submit a permission slip beforehand.

Using special goggles that simulated the effects of intoxication, students attempted to navigate a go-kart through an obstacle course—demonstrating how impaired driving can affect judgment, coordination, and reaction time.

This powerful hands-on activity was designed to help students better understand the dangers of driving under the influence. The event also supports the chapter’s Program of Activities (POA) for the National Chapter Award.
