I am so excited about our yearbook this year! First of all I feel like we’ve got a great staff lined up, there are four eighth grade students: Jarrett Roy, Weston Hasty, Annalee Johnson, Miranda Neuner and, four seventh grader students: Alize Bryan, Sarah Beam, Kyle Stithem and, Hayden Fenske. All of these fine young people will work very hard to make a quality yearbook for the middle school.
We are using a different company to print our yearbooks this year so there will be several changes. The biggest change is that the yearbooks will be in color! I am thrilled to be able to offer this. Yet another change is that parents will be able to custom create two pages of your child in the yearbook using your own pictures, how cool is this! The best change is the cost, drum roll please, $11.99 for the 32 page soft cover yearbook. You will be able to upgrade to a hard cover for a $6.95 additional charge. Each student should be able to have a yearbook at this cost. Just think how much you spend on a soda that is gone in 15 minutes, if you save a little each month your student would be able to have a lasting printed memory of their year at RVMS.
There are a few more changes such as the ability to upload your pictures that the yearbook staff can use in the book. If you have taken some awesome pictures at a sporting event or any other school activity, all you have to do is upload them to the site we are using this year.
The company we are using is called TreeRing. They have a great website, please log on to www.treering.com so you can view the site. In the flyer is the information you will need when you want to order the yearbook, which you have to do online, so PLEASE do not send money to school for the yearbooks. If you do not have Internet access you are welcome to come to the school and order from one of our computers. You will be allowed to pay by personal check or credit card. There is a school passcode on the flyer that you will use so you can access our section to order and to build your personalized pages should you choose to do that.
