Varsity/JV Volleyball Results

JV Volleyball record now stands at 4-4 and the Varsity is 1-1. At the matches at Rock Creek Tuesday, the JV beat Rock Creek 25-21 and 20-25 and 15-12, coming out on top with the win. Next in line was Wamego. The Panthers beat Wamego in two sets 25-19, 25-23. It was a close game, but RV pulled the win by 2 points in the last set.
Exclaimed Emma Kelly, "It was a big adrenaline rush and we had the varsity team cheering us on. We had great serves by Mara Winter and we just came out on top!"
As for the Varsity girls, they swept Rock Creek 25-18 first set and 25-20 the second set. They fell to Wamego 13-25 first set and 20-25 in the second for the match. At the end of the night Madison Hoover had 14 kills; Kira Vega had 10 kills; Maggie Stithem had 37 assits; and Lauren Hug had 18 digs.
Chelsea Hodison shared, "It was exciting to win our first game against Rock Creek!"
