Vocal Health

The number one (and easiest) way to have a healthy voice is to drink lots of water!

Here comes a list of more ways to improve your voice and to practice GOOD vocal health:

 

Sleep...and lots of it

No screaming or shouting

ALWAYS warm-up before you sing

Don't clear your throat too much

Keep your cough under control

No talking or singing too high or too low (for long amounts of time)

NO SMOKING!

No smoking
