RVCLC CHILDCARE INFORMATION
Hours and Fees
Before School: $15 per week 7-8am
After School: $25 per week 3:25-6pm
Before and After School: $40 per week 7-8am & 3:25-6pm
Summer Care: $60 per week 7am-6pm
Day Out during school year: $15 per day 7am-6pm
Late Pick Up Charge: $1 per minute per child
Late Payment Fee: $5, if not paid by 3pm Monday
Fee Policies
1. The cost of the program remains the same whether your child attends or not. There are no refunds, make-up days, or credits for days missed, including snow days. Your weekly fee remains the same regardless of the number of days your child attends.
2. Payment is due on Friday for the upcoming week. This is a prepay system. You will NOT receive a bill. A late payment charge of $5 will be assessed if payment is not received by 3pm on Monday. Failure to pay promptly will result in termination of services.
3. Payments are NOT accepted by childcare workers. Payments will be accepted in the childcare dropbox, RVCLC office, or through the mail. Check or cash is accepted. Please write your child's name and dates for payment on the check, and make checks payable to USD #337.
4. Applications must be returned to the RVCLC office, 1st and Highland, Hoyt, Kansas 66440. Applications may be mailed in with applicable fees. A child will not be officially enrolled and may not attend until all paperwork has been received by RVCLC.
RVCLC CHILDCARE
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
RVCLC Childcare is an SRS childcare provider for low-income families who are eligible for SRS Child Care Subsidy. Assistance is based upon a sliding scale, which considers family income.
To apply for assistance through the SRS Child Care Subsidy, fill out the application forms, which can be obtained through the RVCLC office. If needed, help can be provided in filling out the necessary forms. Completed forms must be sent to SRS, and your application will be processed within 30 days. If you are eligible, benefits will start from the date a signed application is received by SRS. The amount of benefits will be determined by SRS.
