Sports Physical Dates Set

There will be two different places to get free sports physicals:

Holton Community Hospital is having free sports physicals given to 7-12th grade students. It will be held at the Family Practice Associates (FPA) (adjacent to Holton Community Hospital) 1110 Columbine, Holton, Kansas on Tuesday, May 25th, 2010 and Thursday, May 27th, 2010 both at 5:00pm-8:00pm. Students will need to bring the KSHSAAA Pre-Participation physical form.

The other is being held at Holton Family Health Center on Wednesday, May 12th and Wednesday, August 11th both from 4:00pm-8:00pm.

All students must have a physical before participating in school sports next year.
