1st Graders Read to RVHS Students

On Thursday, May 8 Mrs. Burdiek's 1st grade class traveled to the high school and read to Mrs. Litherland's Parenthood Education class. Before reading both the high schoolers and 1st graders were treated to ice cream sandwiches to start off the day.
"I was really surprised to see how fast and how good the 1st graders were at reading," said Chelsea Houghtaling. "I almost felt they could teach me a thing or two!"
